Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Head Coach or in a similar leadership role within the sports and athletics industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of the specific sport or athletic discipline, including rules, strategies, and techniques.
4. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their full potential.
